Religion

South Korea is characterized by freedom of expression on religious trends, in this country nobody criticizes anybody in matter of religious inclination, half of the population (48% to be exact) does not profess any religion and they auto-consider agnostics, 52 % remaining is divided between a 29.2% and 22.8%; 29.2% of the population is Christian (18.3% Protestants and 10.9% Catholics) and the other 22.8% of the population practices Buddhism; in South Korea there are approx. 15 million Christians and approx. 10 million Buddhists.


Christianity

As previously said in South Korea there are 15 million Christians, most are Protestant, but the rest are Catholics, Seoul has the church more big country, the Yoido full Gospel Church founded in 1968 by David Yonggi Cho, with more than 200 " thousand members and a million followers, at the beginning of the founder which is pastor began with a campaign door to door, praying for the sick, in 2008 the founder to step his position as Senior Pastor Young Hoon Lee.

Buddhism
